CDP aims to make sure that organizational goals and individual goals should overlap enough to make the CDP Staff member happy for staying on the job and the Staff member feels positively to contribute for the organization. CDP through proper evaluation process provide necessary training to the Staff members to perform her/his assigned responsibility. None of the CDP Staff members are compelled to work extra time and mutual compensatory benefits are provided to Staff members for extra work. CDP strictly follows Zero tolerance policy against any exaggerated reports (Progress and Evaluation report) and harassment of female staff members both internal & external purpose.
