Social Peace, Economic Justice and Conflict (SPEC)
SPEC promote social peace, non-threatening and non-violent social climate to enhance social resources for community development. Since social peace develops through personal life experience, beliefs, attitudes, traditions, participation in traditional/cultural practices and spiritual activities, SPEC activities significantly rely on community guidance. SPEC is focused on building links between the community beneficiaries and government & NGO workers to understand each others needs, and developing healthy relationship among the stakeholders for future cooperation and collaboration.
