Programatic Intervention

CDPCDP has been implementing various pro-poor, gender sensitive project implementation, multidisciplinary action research & evidence based policy advocacy to ensure sustainable livelihood of the poor, safeguard biodiversity & ecosystem including the Sundarban Mangrove Forest,

reduce climate change vulnerabilities & wetlands degradation, ensure food sovereignty, and establish poor people’s rights over the common ecosystem services, biodiversity & natural resources. Although CDP was established through grassroots environmental movement, it recognizes that environmental problems cannot be solved without addressing the interrelationships between the environment and development, population, and economics.
